1. For each vote cast for a film there must be a corresponding virtual ticket stub/Merchant Receipt that matches the name on each ballot cast. Additionally, each vote cast for a film should have a unique IP Address. This is to verify the validity and authenticity of each ballot cast and to ensure the integrity of the competition.
2. Only one vote per virtual attendee. Multiple votes will be discarded.
3. Each ballot cast must include the full name of the person casting the ballot, a valid email address, and the correct name of the film for which the ballot is being cast.
4. The name of the Filmmaker, film’s Director, or other production crew are not a substitute for the correct name of the film. Any ballot cast with incorrect information in the Film field will be discarded.
5. Ballots cast with incorrect, false or invalid information will be discarded.
